Ambassadors, Embassy Staff and Foreign Media Visited the Interim Storage Facility

Ambassadors, embassy staff and foreignmedia visited Fukushima Prefecture on Tour organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on October 30-31. They visited the Hamadori area, including the Interim Storage Facility, the site of the Fukushima Environmental Restoration Project being undertaken by the Ministry of the Environment. The participants deepened their understanding of the current situation in Fukushima, where reconstruction has been progressing.
